  • Do you file taxes all year?
We offer tax preparation and filing services from February to November when the IRS e-file system is available.
  • Do you offer e-filing?
Absolutely! Generally, e-filing allows for fewer mistakes and faster refunds. Our firm operates virtually, making submitting your information from anywhere convenient.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Do you give estimates?
No. Please only submit your tax information to us if you want us to prepare your return. By submitting your tax information, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that we do not give estimates by signing the engagement letter. You are responsible for any work performed; unpaid invoices will be forwarded to collections and reported to all three major credit bureaus. Even if you use another preparer, you must still compensate us for the completed work.
  • Can I e-file if I owe money to the IRS?
Of course! When you owe money to the IRS, you can e-file your return without sending in payment at the time you submit your return. The IRS is OK with waiting as long as you pay by the tax filing deadline, which is normally April 15.
  • How will I know that the IRS has received my tax return?
You can check the status of their refund easily and conveniently with the IRS Where's My Refund tool (conveniently located at the top of our website). Your refund status is available within 24 hours of e-filing your current year's return. The tool also gives you a personalized refund date after the IRS processes and approves the return.
  • What kind of support do you offer?
We provide email and phone support throughout the tax season. For an additional fee, we also offer audit protection.
  • When to pay estimated taxes?
For estimated tax purposes, a year has four payment periods. Taxpayers must make a payment each quarter. For most people, the due date for the first quarterly payment is April 15. The next payments are due June 15 and Sept. 15, with the last quarter’s payment due on Jan. 15 of the following year. The deadline is the next business day if these dates fall on a weekend or holiday.
